+ Black Tiger Shrimp (Penaeus monodon) :
- Black Tiger Shrimp is the most popular shrimp found in Viet Nam. It can be easily processed into various products. It meat is delicious and sweet-tastier than other shrimp meat.
- Black Tiger Shrimp can be processed into two kinds of products :
* Fresh chilled preliminary processed shrimp: whole and peeled.
* Ready shrimp:value added and other mixed processed products (PD,PDTO,CPDTO,Nobashi).
- Shrimp frozen forms: Block and IQF or Semi-Block and Semi-IQF.
- Shrimps as input for processing are classified according to (count) Piece /Kg. Shrimps as package products are classified according to number of Piece/Pound (LB)and the size varies from 6/8, 8/12, 13/15, 16/20, 21/25, 26/30, 31/35, 31/40, 36/40, 41/50, 51/60, 61/70, 71/90, 90/120, 120/200, 200/300, 300/500 and broken.

Frozen Squid
+ Squids (Loligo SPP) :
- Squid caught the territorial waters of Viet Nam is approximately 24,000 tons, of which the Southern waters production rank the first with over 16,000 tons (accounting for 70%), followed by Ton Kin Gulf and Central waters with 5,000 tons (20%) and 2,500 tons (10%) respectively.
- Processing products : most of processing products are frozen Block, IQF, semi-IQF, frozen on tray, vacuum packing.
